Setup

Stand with feet hip-width apart.

Steps

  1. Bend forward and put your hands on the floor. Bend your knees as much as you need.
  2. Walk your hands forward to a push-up position.
  3. Walk your feet in toward your hands in small steps.
  4. Stand up.

Breathing

Breathe out as you move. Breathe in as you come back.

Where you feel it

In the back of your legs, your shoulders and your stomach.

Common mistakes

  • Letting the hips sag in the push-up position.
  • Locking the knees.

When to stop

Stop if you feel sharp pain, pain in a joint, dizziness or numbness.
