Setup

Get into a push-up position with straight arms.

Steps

  1. Bring one knee toward your chest.
  2. Take it back and bring the other knee in.
  3. Keep changing legs at a steady pace. Each knee counts as one rep.

Breathing

Breathe as fast as you need to. Slow down if you cannot catch your breath between efforts.

Where you feel it

In your stomach, shoulders and the front of your hips.

Common mistakes

  • Pushing the hips high.
  • Bouncing the hips up and down.

When to stop

Stop if you feel sharp pain, pain in a joint, dizziness or numbness.
