Setup
Choose the help on the stack. More weight means more help. Kneel or stand on the pad and hold the handles above you.
Steps
- Start with straight arms.
- Pull until your chin is above the handles.
- Lower slowly until your arms are straight.
Breathing
Breathe in as you lower. Breathe out as you pull.
Where you feel it
In the sides of your back and the front of your upper arms.
Common mistakes
- Letting the pad drop fast.
- Pulling with the neck stretched forward.
When to stop
Stop if you feel sharp pain, pain in a joint, dizziness or numbness.
