Where you feel it

A warm, steady effort in your legs, and your breathing a little faster.

Common mistakes

  • Starting fast and slowing to a stop.
  • Looking down at the phone while walking.

When to stop

Stop if you feel sharp pain, pain in a joint, dizziness or numbness.
